| General Overview | Halli is a friendly woman. She is very smart, but a bit of a loudmouth at times. She makes friends quickly, and is easy to talk to. As a CLO, she is fair and just, and leads with the mindset that you shouldn't ask your people to do what you wouldn't do yourself. She is also very much about social justice-she believes in fairness and will raise a stink if she feels something is unjust or people are being mistreated. This can cause a bit of strife for her, as she can sometimes take a bit to solve conflicts because she will dig her heels in if she feels she is "right". As a mother, she is devoted to raising her son, and does her best to be a good parental figure-balancing being a working woman with motherhood. She hopes her son feels like he can come to her with any problems or triumphs, and they will work together to solve or celebrate them. |

| Personal History | Born on Trill, Keeli had a realitvly normal life. Her interest in science began young, in grade school. She went to a science fair where her oldest brother was competing by giving a talk and demonstration of a Sol-type volcano. She had helped him do the research, and she was hooked. In High School, that was highlighted by her winning the regional Trill Science Academy Junior Science award for her work on using Trill lichens to make a food based product similar to bioneural gel packs. From there, she went on to present the talk at the Federation Science Council, where she got a medal for Young Scientists through a program for women in Science, hosted by the Trill Science Academy and Starfleet Science Council. At the Academy, she was a cheerleader alongside her studies. It was there that she met her ex-husband, Odom Bann, another Trill from a different city, who was going through the Engineering program. They dated for four years, and married not long after graduation. During their first assignment together, at Outpost Katra-IV, she became pregnant with their son, Jobom. They were married for ten years before they divorced last year, and then Keeli took this assignment. |

| Professional History | Halli's professional career began in 2406, when she joined Starfleet Academy, where she majored in Science with a focus in Chemistry. She was a member of the Student Science Council, that worked in tandem with the Federation Science Council and the Fleet's Science Council. After her four years at the Academy, she began her assignment on Outpost Katra. There, she served as a junior Science Officer, assisting mostly with lab work and experiments while she learned the ropes and the way the larger Fleet ran. She moved from Ensign to Lieutenant Junior Grade just before she left for her next assignment. Her next posting was aboard the USS Intrepid. There, she was a regular Science officer, attaining the rank of Lieutenant. She ran the Chemistry lab, as the Department Chief was a trained Biologist, and assisted in the Botany lab, as that is one of her special interests. The Intrepid was a battleship, so she also saw combat. She received a Medal of Honor for protecting a fellow crew-mate from incoming gun fire while exploring what was supposed to be an uninhabited planet. It was actually in Kareema territory, and they thought that the Fleet people were hostiles. She took a year "off" in between to attend the Command Level Officer training program. This was also the same time her marriage ended. Next, she arrived on the USS Momentary, as Chief Science Officer. Here, she was promoted to Lieutenant Commander, and was in charge of a decent sized science department (She had twelve people under her-eleven Starfleet personnel and one civilian scientist). Here, she supervised lab activities, ran experiments, processed data, and assisted Medical if they needed auxiliary lab work done. Along with that, she was in charge of personnel matters for the Science department-duty rosters, personnel matters, and etc. Finally, she came aboard Outpost Solare as a temporary assignment as their CSO until this opening came. |
